Gotta plus one this. Also gun owner.I am not of the opinion that it is TEMPORARY safety some people are after. myself included. And while I agree bad people will still find guns, lets at least be honest that countries where guns are more tightly controlled, while not entirely immune to gun violence, have a lot less of it. Yes, the Paris attacks claimed 129 lives, but they represent the vast majority of the deaths by firearms in France for the YEAR, while they barely scratch the surface for US deaths per DAY.
I like Ben Franklin, but he has been dead for 200 years. Time for a new model.

Ever try the aturia? Or a korg micro synth? Curious what you know or find out. They seem similar price and look.

Minty, but with JohnK mod flavor. All for used prices. Jan is the man!
We may be in dark times, but we don't need to return to the dark ages.
Well pork loin sounds stoopit good with guitar and fuqing amazing on bass. Not a tone suck in any way, and good grit all around.
I was seriously impressed by it, even without the mod. Didn't try it on guitar as the AC-12 is in pieces but really dug it for bass. Really made the LH1000 sound KILLER, not to mention the SVT.
"Mr. Madison, what you’ve just said is one of the most insanely idiotic things I have ever heard. At no point in your rambling, incoherent response were you even close to anything that could be considered a rational thought. Everyone in this room is now dumber for having listened to it. I award you no points, and may God have mercy on your soul.'
Yeah, Franklin wasn't living in a world where mass shootings were commonplace. He wanted firearms to keep the king of England out of his face, but I think he would feel differently if he were alive today.
It's got me more interested in the Way Huge stuff, if the rest of it is as nice as the PL then maybe I've been missing out. Pretty reasonably priced too, for what you're getting.
Decided I'm going to build an op-amp Muff as my next pedal, found a kit from the same place I got my Rat PCB. Should be fairly easy to mod/improve. Then I'll probably crank out a few Rats to sell.
Getting the rest of the parts I need for the AC12 tomorrow, hopefully I can work on that this weekend. Still trying to decide if I want to replace the speaker.
Nuh uh. Everyone should play P-basses with flats through fliptop Ampegs. That is all. Nothing else is bass. This is a strange area of talkbass where it's okay to disagree or be different.
