The current stable. I'm actually very happy at the moment. Just waiting for the next run of Dunwich ODBs and looking to add a Demon Lung and replace the HS with a deluxe.

If I wanted a small class D I would probably get a GK. The MB200 looks sweet, but the MB800 gots the features I would want. Wish I had a reason to grab one.

I've have owned the MB200, and MB500. Perhaps it's MB800 time.

Also of note. There are a TON of class D amps in the classifieds lately. All the new amps coming out has really tanked the used price of several "older" class D amps.

Specifically the Genz Benz micros, to a lesser degree the GK amps, and Ampeg.

I had a GB shuttle 6.2 for a short spell and it was a killer amp. I only sold it cause I got an Eden WT550 and didn't need or want two amps. How the times have changed.

My first "real amp" was a fender bxr 200. Heavy, but loud combo unit. Had it like nearly two years and the gk mb200 came out and the class d concept grabbed me. Didn't seem as loud as the fender and I sold it to buy it. Sold it if I'm remembering correctly to a guy in the fabulous thunderbirds or something similar to that name.

MB500 was intended to be flipped, ended up keeping it for a long time and sold about a year ago. Was better of the two just cause it had more options. And basically so close in size why settle for 200?

I'm glad I bought my mb800 when I did, It's my most useful piece of gear at this point. Fits in my gig bag, loud enough for any gig, great tone on its own and takes pedals great. It's not a tube amp, but it's the most "swiss army knife" type solid state amp I've owned.
