What's 180 gram mean?
Normally I wouldn't spend $40 on an album, but intead of selling some records that I really don't listen to I saw this at the store and traded for it. Double LP, 180 gram. Totally worth it.

It means you won't need to buy anymore weed for a couple weeks
My SVT does that and it's always the 12DW7 in V1. None of the JJ 12DW7s I tried ever lasted. I haven't had any issues with NOS 12DW7s.
If your SVT is a newer one that may not help but I'd try replacing V1 tube anyway. Cheap and easy. If that doesn't work, tech time.
I learned a really good tip for cleaning vinyl a while back. All you do is cover the record with wood glue, making sure to fill the grooves, and let it dry. The glue doesn't adhere to vinyl so once it dries you just peel it off, taking all the dust and dirt with it.
Guy that told me about it was playing vinyl rips from his ipod that sounded ridiculously good. I asked how he did that and he told me about the wood glue.
Here in Australia you probably won't find them for less than $400, which is still pretty reasonable. The main issue is finding the damn things in the first place and locally too. I've found a couple but the sellers are reluctant to ship due to their weight. Even offered to organise a courier service but they can't be arsed packing it up and just want people to pick it up from their dingy garages. Absolute dropkicks.
I did come across this 2x15 just now, though. Within driving distance too. Looks like its seen better days but it looks like it brings the heavy. http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/Fender-B...97383716?pt=AU_Amplifiers&hash=item3f36814f24
Skwisgaar, is that you?Daddy's got a vinyls ripper he boughts at the costco.
I slipped in the pee pee, never have to work another day in my life.
You left out the explosions.Ooooo forgot to look where you lived...that sucks man, a man should be able to buy a peavey with enough left over for a bag of green, buy a bag of green, then riff...its my god given, american right or this countys president isn't named Uncle Sam. Chk chk (pumping of a sawed off shotgun) Eagle flies over head with an american flag in its claws. Or something like that.

My GAS makes it virtually impossible for me to choose a new amp. Last week I was considering creating a pre+power amp rig. This week I'm really GAS'ing a vintage chunky SS Peavey head.
I'm loving the look of the Mk IV heads. Really want to try and hunt one down.
HNNNGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGG!!!!!Old Peavey FTW.
