Stoner/Doom Bassists Thread, Part 90: Maxed Out

Anyone else just irked by the "in praise of XXXXX basses" threads in the Basses forum?
Just another excuse for mob mentality sheep behavior.
This place is a tumor with a tumor growing on it. Really glad the Stoner Doom thread is still alive otherwise I think I'd have to troll all those threads saying " XXXXX sucks" ad nauseum.

doom sucks... go listen to journey.

Sorry I am cranky tonight. In full swing of humid michigan weather. It is currently 85 and humid inside my apartment. That is with ALL the fans going.

Yeah Michigan weather is the worst, luckily I do have A/C although my work is another story.. I work at a group where I'm on my feet all day in this poopie ass temperature.

I'm other news got the beta bass back and I just realized I don't need a power amp for it because my drummer already owns one, when we were recording some rough demos with a local producer I forgot we got a free peavey musician 400 but it needed several repairs, I hit him up today about it now he won't respond to me, hopefully he does the right thing, wouldn't want things to get ugly over a little solid state amp, because I'm a pretty laid back guy but my drummer is not lol.

Also just got all the screw I'll need to mount my 15's in the Randall, about to drill new mounting holes tomorrow and plugg her up, let you guys know the verdict, hopefully it pans out, I'm looking to get a matching one to make my 4x15 set up a real punisher.

Not a lick, no ceiling fans.
We eat allot of ice cream and drink lots of hard cider instead.

Nope nothing. I have two box fans blowing out in windows, an open intake window, and a rotating fan to stir it all up. It is still soup outside, so it is muggy inside too.

66 outside, AC set to 75, ceiling can on. Nice and cool here.

My house won't have central air so it'll be a pair of window AC units and open windows for the worst of the summer, and no heat at all! So oil heater will be needed.

Hahahaha, oh wow. Just came across this in my hunt for a Peavey head.
