You know I've lived nearly 24 years on this earth, hiked jungles of Asia, even got my Eagle Scout so days and days of camping and Philmont. Never once have I gotten a tick.
Had several leeches during one rainforest trek in Taman Negara, Malaysia.
I guess we too are half ******** with goals. Or just OCD.
I'd totally do this if it were up to me. But I like raw live type stuff, there's no hiding behind production. How it sounds is really how it sounds. If it sounds good, its because you actually sound good.

Howdy fellas, spent the last two days emptying out my mother in law's apartment, she's moving.
I've had plenty of ticks on me and attached to me, more wood ticks than deer ticks. They need to be attached for 24 hours or more before you have a risk for Lyme disease, so check every few hours if you've been outside. Long pants help too. It's just a fact of life around here in the summer, no big deal.

First post here, but I've been lurking since about thread 80.
Just got back from a Glitter Wizard/Hull/Elder show.
Elder was amazing, the bass player played a Fender Jazz thru a Sunn head and a Rat. Sounded great.
Apart form that, Glitter Wizard bassist had a sweet Eastwood bass, but they sounded meh overall.
It seems we get more and more stoner/doom concerts around these parts of Europe.

That's what I get for working 10 hours and not being on top of poopie. Asked my wife to order this kick drum mic (was on a mega sale) for me to use with our recording this Saturday. Guess who forgot to order it... I am ******* pissed. I need options for recording. My buddy is doing a live take with all his stuff, but he only has mics for drums and vox... What should I do? There isn't jack poopie local to me and the cheapest thing GC has is $180.
Never bought anything but a dollar tree mic so I'd call them and confirm before buying or not bothering.
