Stoner/Doom Bassists Thread, Part 90: Maxed Out

Okay, i had a feeling it have might be that because its really only been EU bands and websitesbtalking about it but i wanted to be sure to avoid any audits or governmmental takeovers of the VEGA world.

actually it does affect us. basically non eu sellers have to charge vat now. but quite honestly what are they going to do? they can't really enforce it and there are much bigger fish to catch. I'm ignoring it.

Man the new medicine has been working so this is my first migraine in about a week now and after taking the medicine to ease it up I feel like I am on downers. So basically in la la land at work. Thinking about working on some pages from this book that my coworker gave me for Micah since her kids have burned through it already.

What is the deal with Italian restaurants being owned and run by Mexicans? Seems to be on the rise lately, yeah you may also tan well but you ain't fooling me....
in our town there is a Mexican Italian restaurant. It serves pizza, spaghetti, stromboli, parmigiana, huevos rancheros, quesadillas, you name it.. I cant remember what its called, its just near my gym, but if I remember right its got some Italian/mexican hybrid name like Giovan-zalez or something!

It was perfect timing for me. My co-worker her son's were really into lego and origami and now they are pre-teens and Micah has been all about making paper airplanes and folding paper to make snowflakes and what not. She dumps huge amounts of high end lego stuff on me too. Like the gigantic Pirates of the Caribbean set that she dumped tons of money on. Micah is at his grandparents for a few days, but when Sarah saw the book she let out a squeal of excitement. Should keep them busy and off the Xbox so I can play Rocksmith LOL.

Truth is, the horsesh!t "italian" food americans associate as such, is mostly americana cuisine for fattasses. It is more american than anything else.

Americas first language is English, but it's spanish in all the kitchens.

The kitchen I work in is 100% english as a first language.

LOL, these are straight Italian joints, all Italian dishes no Mexican food. One back in PA and a local chain of them down here. One finally changed its name down her from Antonio's to a Spanish name but kept the same menu. They bought one of the chains from the owner that they worked at were half-owners and bought the other owner out. But the food kind of tastes like ordering seafood at a steakhouse, good but no soul in it.

I love Wilkes-Barre/Scranton PA's square pan take on deep dish pizza. Old Forge style pizza.
