Tennessee 15 String Bass Guitar on Ebay

Nice litte bit of ad copy:

"The nut does compress the larger strings somewhat but, the tone isn't sacrificed by that. It's mostly barely audible rumblings at the low end."

The right side of that picture, for some reason, reminds me of Martin Luther's Diet of Worms. :roflmao::thumbsup:

Where did they find those low strings?

That was actually my first thought when I saw this, followed by "and what would you do if you broke one during a gig." It is....remarkable, in so many bad ways.

Please don't think all of us in Tennessee think this is a good idea btw. All my basses have eleven fewer strings than this one, for instance.....

I don't anything can break one of those low strings. I would love to hear this thing played if that's even possible.

The sheer size of those bottom strings alone give me a perverse sense of liking. Yeah, it's crap, yeah it's a joke, but the sheer ridiculousness of it puts it in the "so bad it's good" territory.

Mind you I wouldn't pay more than $10 for it, but still.

Yiiiikkkes...except, I'm heading to Home Depot for some of those "Yes TB, Absolutely Never Fail" strap locks. mysteryclock, we need to change the name of our home state to dis-associate with that thing. I don't care if the new state name has the letters t..u..r..d incorporated in it. It would be less embarrassing.
Is this the kind of talk that will get me sent to TB Purgatory for insulting someone else's instrument?
