I think a lot of the bad stuff people say about the current Acoustic in general is really them bitching about any and all things Guitar Center.

Nope, no switch for voltage on these models. I know that some other models had one, but not the 300. I've looked at the schematic and both (domestic and export) models somehow use the same transformer, but I recall seeing someone checking to see if the transformer is multi-tapped for 110/220 and apparently it wasn't.
If it runs on 220 but lives in a country that runs on 110, it probably wasn't used a whole bunch (unless they plugged it in to the clothes dryer outlet)...just guessing here, but it'd make sense.
Ah, gotcha. Well, I bought it from a guy whose brother bought it in Hong Kong. He said that he used it a bunch and was a huge Acoustic fan (always talked about Jaco and the 370) and he even gave me a plug converter which leads me to think that he also just used it straight into 110V. Hmm....
So loud with such clean, crisp tone with bone rattling bass that vibrates your brain!!!
I love mine...I just hate hauling it up and down stairs...it's pretty heavy but robust.
I don't like the weight either but having casters on it really helps!! And I live on a 3rd story apartment too!!! I hate stairs!!!
I need some for mine. Hauling that thing with just the handles on the sides is tiring.
I think you can pick up a set at GC for about $24 or so, I think. Well worth the price for your back!

These are the dual wheeled, shielded types, and they even have sets with brakes for a little more.
They are made by Shepherd, and that's a good name in wheels!
Uh-oh, what's the deal with the unofficial Acoustc page? I've been trying to access it since yesterday and it has been down since then for me. Does anyone know anything about that?

question here: i guess it's probably been answered before, but i'm really confused and have been looking around for the answer and can't find it. i'm looking at a B600H. how many outputs does it have on the back, and what cabs can i run from it? can i run, let's say, two 4x10s or two 1x15s, or even just one 4x10 or just one 1x15 if i wanted to? sorry, i don't really understand how all the power ratings, resistance, etc works. thanks in advance.
