Woah, that's awesome. Now I'm going to be working out the best way to do that on my V-Star 650. Particularly once I move back to town, and don't have to ride over 100km to get anywhere.

I am certain that there are dozens of bassists all over Asia that take their whole rig on the back of a scooter regularly.
Alas, I have no photos, but on multiple occasions I strapped a 100W 2x12 amp and a Hagstrom Model 1 guitar to my rack and sissy bar in Atlanta and hauled them anywhere from 10 to 40 miles, once in the rain wrapped in a waterproof tablecloth. Got stopped by a cop because he couldn't see my tail light; when we saw the tablecloth had come loose and was hanging down, he helped me secure it and sent me on my way.

I was DOA when I realized it’s 12” with an effects loop. Sounds like a perfect “‘tween” amp- great for practice, and capable of doing DAW, and small gigs
like the Rumble 40, but different..

The axe in that pic is actually my acoustic guitar. I did load up once with my Carvin combo, bass, and gig bag. Before I could go anywhere the wife showed up and convinced me I was crazy...

Me too, Michael. I don't have much time for Marvel and Star Wars stuff, but for the Beatles I ponied up for a subscription. Who knows, maybe The Mandalorian will turn out to be good...

Time was ... it started as a amp technician's thread, talkin' all tecnical, tubes 'n' wires 'n' stuff. But that was back in the olde days, before my time, an' beyond my expertise. By the time I came along it was just a bunch of crusty ol' cusses complainin' 'bout the aches & pains of gettin' olde, so I fit right in by then.
But it wasn't all grumpin' & complainin' all the time. No, sir, by cracky! In fact, there was a whole lotsa commiseratin' and encouragement goin' out to those who were havin' some really bad medical times.But, fortunately, that was usually only temporary and oncet resulted in a move to the "Off Topic" forum, though some TB memberships didn't survive that move.
And, just between us grumps, there was quite a bit of appreciation and thankfulness for life in general and the great outdoors in particular goin' on there! Fond rememberances of giggin' 'n' livin' in days past.Not so long after that, the thread was closed and it has now joined our other bittersweet memories.
So, YES, I say proudly. I was a grumpy olde frt. An' if I sometimes seem to still be one, ... well, ... just chalk it up as a tribute to my fellow GOFs, ... wherever they may be now, ... they know who they are, ... and who we were ... ...

Yeah, Mike, seasons 1 & 2 are fully available now. I liked them pretty well and really enjoyed discussing them with my 16-year-old Star Wars fan grandson. They're shooting season 3 right now and will release one episode per week when done. I don't think it's a spoiler to say it's like the old cowboy westerns ... but, ... you know, ... with aliens, and laser guns, and stuff ...

Some people are annoyed they have to pay Disney to see “Get Back.” I was jammin with some friends yesterday (Beatles tunes of course!) and we agreed how much would you have ponied up to buy the DVD? $100 easy for me. So $2 bucks for the first month and $8 after that a month is well worth it. I can cancel anytime I want. What’s the issue?
My kids like The Simpsons. Disney + has all those. My wife likes those Pixar movies. They have those. I like the Star Wars series and have not seen half of them so that will be cool to finally get to those (and maybe even watch the Madolorian) That Star Wars stuff was always done well.
But bottom line?
The Beatles!
