The ants in France stay mainly on the plants.
The present arrangement here in the "studio" <cough cough> is much more utilitarian. I'm able to reach most of the controls for both sound and computer. The Ampeg BA108v2+ sees daily use. Fortunate to be able to A/B the PJB and the Elf rather easily and the answer is I GAS for a bigger Ampeg. The Rocket 15 is pretty crackerjack ....
The reality is this sapphire burst Chowny CHB-1 is to be rewired from VVTT to Master-VVT, and maybe keep the three way toggle for a producer switch. A kill switch might be handier. The new tone pot is a 250k Push-Pull
.047uf capacitor as baseline (pushed in) and .1uf (~.047uf+.047uf) (pulled)
Probably a new nut, too, to replace the OEM plastic nut. If it's going to Santa's Workshop (it is) then I want all the toys

So the Bass Katana did very well at the outdoor gig. It was a Teen Challenge event which is an organization that helps teens get off drugs and alcohol, through Christ. We had FOH, and the DI worked flawlessly, and my onstage volume was great. Punchy and warm with plenty of low end. I ran the GT1000 CORE into the Power Amp In on the 210. Very pleased with my tone.
Thankfully, yes. It helps that the MB is so light. I don't often need to take every everything. We need the drums once or twice a month, and I haven't needed to take the MB before last night.
Played first time at our new church. The room could maybe seat 100 but we have about 50 a bit more spread out. My R100v3 (18” off the floor on a plastic tub) was more than up to the task, although the electric guitar player couldn’t make it, so it was just piezo’d acoustic, mic’d djembe, bass (Thunderbird Classic Pro), and vocals.

Hey everyone! This is my first post on TB so I thought of doing it here. I'm a complete newbie that just purchased their first bass, a G&L Tribute JB-2 which was shortly paired up with an Ampeg RB-112. I'm about to start Hal Leonard Bass Method Complete as I want to be able to read music as well as make it. I used to produce electronic music and will be using that knowledge where I can. I'm using a Yamaha AW1600 audio workstation, and an Akai MPC1000 for sampling and drums. I have a Mooer Ocean Machine which I used on my previous projects, and I recently bought a Zoom B1 Four. I'm a firm believer of keeping things simple and limited choices. Although I do have my eye on a G&L Tribute LB-100! I promised myself that as soon as I've completed the HLBM material I'll treat myself. I'm based in Switzerland, and musically influence by Tool, Cocteau Twins and Amyl and the Sniffers. Quite eclectic, but that's who I am! Looking forward to interacting with you all.

Sweet rig! The Tributes are good instruments; I had a Tribute Legacy when I was playing guitar. I hated selling it, but hated it just sitting around not being played even more.
