All fixed, GP. I appreciate you reading my post so closely that you caught the letter reversals.

Hello everyone! Hope your day is going well. If you read a day or two ago, Nu's TE combo was sold to one of our newest members, Tim from Omaha, and we were kidding about my PJB D4 combo. Truth is, I'd made that deal because I've felt the Double-Four was slowly getting edged out both by the new Ampeg and the Markbass combo. Heck, I was even thinking about driving to Kalamazoo and dropping it off at RR's place free of charge so he could have stereo amps!
Dang!
So close. But this afternoon I found the perfect niche' for my little breadbox and that's using its Aux In for #2's iPad and record GarageBand sounds through it to the waiting mic. Let me tell you, it is perfect for that duty. The clarity from the twin speakers was astonishing as I added glockenspiel and flute, along with two channels of my bass, to "Eleanor Rigby." Yep, still working on this recording thang and I must admit, it's getting more fun. I'm assuming the PJB will also work beautifully for acoustic guitar too and plan to find out soon. I included a photo of my setup. Not overly professional-looking, but the hominess is relaxing. Thanks for reading!![]()
Not my first Hartke combo, and honestly, not what the 1155 was... But this is a potent little beastie. I love that clean, gently pummelling Hartke sound. In spades here.

Played through one once in a 'sitting in' situation. As a courtesy to its owner, I didn't mess with the EQ. Under those conditions,Hey Count! Long time no hear from. Glad ya popped in to say hi. I’ve never found the opportunity to play through a Hartke before but I’d like to at some point, if for any reason just to find out why players love ‘em. Thanks for the pic!
.Hey man! I just haven't been using a combo lately, but I do miss the simpler form. I have had a combo and matching extension cab, I do get along with that format... Like the Jeff Berlin Mark bass stack... I'm just not that much a Markbass fan.Hey Count! Long time no hear from. Glad ya popped in to say hi. Holy Molely.. An 18!!!! Shiver me timbers. There goes the China cabinet followed by every window in the house.

We're buried on P. 3 at the bottom, what the heck happened? I'm out at school for one day and the place falls asleep.
In part, but not because of, one bassist who regularly posts here (pictured at left) is just now home and healing following a small heart attack. Heart is good, and keeping a steady groove.
And many of us who read posts from that bassist are very glad she's home and well!In part, but not because of, one bassist who regularly posts here (pictured at left) is just now home and healing following a small heart attack. Heart is good, and keeping a steady groove.
