Keep voting folks, I’m gonna return to reality for a while, but I plan on being on and off throughout the day to monitor this exciting decision.
From what I’m reading, it’s coming down to the membership worrying less to whether their combo was built for either bass or gee-tar, and just happy that people are just out there playing bass!
Now I’m wondering if guitar players ever use bass amps for their music too? What’s this world coming to?

Actually, my question there was meant to be rhetorical. If someone says it's a steam-powered flux capacitor and it brought them here from 1855 who can prove them wrong? 
To be honest, I feel strongly both ways! 
On the one hand I do favor an inclusive policy, and want to vote YES for acceptance of new members. This can be seen in The Rumble and Bassman Clubs, where anyone shows a pic of a Rumble or a Bassman and -BAM!- I give 'em a number (whether they want it, or not).
On the other hand, I believe in observing boundaries, and want to vote NO for rejecting a guitar combo amp from an obviously Bass Combo amp Club (textual legalities notwithstanding). I see it as a matter of integrity, if such an "obscenity" is allowed in this debate.
So, I need to vote twice, like La Contessa has been allowed to do! But, when I asked her for one of her votes she said NO and hauled out my excessively outstanding popcorn tab from the all-night silent movie theatre! (sigh) Therefore, I vote NO, both out of spite and in solidarity with @WestyBassBob!

An electric kettle is civilized.
Does using a guitar combo with it's stock 12" speaker disconnected and the speaker out instead hooked up to a bass cab?
In that case here is my 160W (@ 4Ohm) Peavey Solo Special 112 guitar combo, modded with a speaker output jack socket, used with the 12" stock build in unit disconnected and instead hooked up to a 400W 4Ohm SWR Triad I bass cab, equipped with 1x15" + 1x10" speaker units + high frequency tweeter horn, the 15" speaker unit receiving the full signal, while an internal crossover filter sees to that the 10" unit only receives the part of the signal that is between 100Hz and 5kHz, and that the high frequency tweeter horn receives everything above 5kHz of the signal, the amount of signal send to the tweeter horn being adjustable via a build in tweeter attenuator :
