The only predictions I made last week was:
-Sens over Rags
-Pens for the cup

The stars hit town right about when I was 7ish, and hockey got pretty big all over. I started in the street with friends but eventually got to house leagues. Did the travel team thing through middle and high school, and now, after college, i try to play pick up games a couple nights a week. I was a goalie for most of it- pads were too expensive once i hit adult sizes, so LW for me now.
Well, what's going to happen in the Flyers/Pens game today? Bryzgalov needs to be better if the Flyers are to win. I have a feeling that the Flyers will win today for some reason, but it will be a close game. But that's the fun of it, who knows what will happen during the game.
lol. I was just thinking, they really don't need to get much for Luongo; the free cap relief would be worth it alone. It will be hard to find a team willing to absorb his contract, so i suspect they will be very close to "gifting" luongo to whatever team will take him.
edit: now, if they wanted to trade Schneider instead, they could probably get half the philly roster.

I don't see the Canucks being able to trade Luongo, his contract is way too big.

1 period away from closing out this series in Philly. Missed the first half of the game as I was getting caught up on game 5 and didn't realize game 6 was such an early start.
Bryz is starting to wake up it seems. A 3 goals allowed effort in a 1 goal game five is much more satisfactory. Barring any meltdown the rest of the way this game with 1 goal allowed;....that is the way the Flyers need Bryz to play.
