No one commented on the fact that there are bars in front of the window... this might be a Herrenzelle...
For me to be comfortable the room would need ~warming~. -Chintzy curtains on the windows and flowery slip covers on the chairs might do it... 
But t'was glad to see you had a stool there for playing. I find most chairs with arms on them uncomfortable for playing bass guitars.
Also what is that tall wooden tower in one of the corners? Is that a stereo speaker or a lamp?
Anyway taste in furnishing one's digs is a very subjective, personal matter. If I showed my personal music space most folks would probably get antsy (or nauseous?) over the ~mess~....
