Would any of you guys know if it's possible to run the Titan II at more than 9v? I tried emailing Spaceman but haven't received an answer yet and thought maybe someone here would know.

Bummer, I was hoping it could take more volts, I love the tone I'm getting but I would've liked a bit more gain. I'll try boosting into it.

Picked up a Polaris about a month ago and am absolutely blown away by it, as a low/med gain drive I have not played anything better and the filter is just killer. Snagged an Artemis, Sputnik III, Titan II and a Mercury IV all used in short order.

Hey y'all! I really, REALLY dig the guitar reviews of the Artemis I've seen. Doesnt seem to be many bass ones...stopped into a shop here in Portland to try one out today. The vowel shape I've heard online is exactly what I'm looking for in an envelope filter but it was extremely difficult for me to get, had to have freq dimed left to get any response at all. I still want to give it a shot, but...any recommendations on settings I might have been overlooking? Haply to take a second look.
Sooooo -- Question for the group. Thinking about jumping into the Spaceman pool with a Saturn VI. Looking for something to add a bit of warmth, maybe the slightest touch of grit. I probably don't really NEED this, as I get a little touch of grit from the preamp pedals on my board but, the Saturn has caught my interest and also define NEED?
I have a Sushi Westinghouse (Edison Night Owl inspired) coming soon that I plan to put early in the signal chain. Then Comp/Octave/Dirt/Fuzz/Modulation/Preamps. I guess my question is, would the Saturn add some sweetness to the sound even if its not used to boost a whole lot and run pretty clean? Or is this redundant? And where would you put it in the signal chain above?
I've considered a lot of the usual suspects for this role: Saturn, MDB, BBBOD / Queen Beest, Barbershop, Grizzly, SpaceHeater, etc. But I keep coming back to the Saturn.
Also -- Nebula looks awesome but I'm up to my ears in Fuzz right now.
Any thoughts or observations greatly appreciated.

Get it, man! I used to buy and sell spaceman pedals a lot, and their turn around price is pretty good.
The Nebula was the best pedal I ever had. It is more than warmth, though.
The Saturn series is my favorite dirty boost out there with the Broughton Solarian.
I kinda prefer the original Saturn V for reasons I can’t fully wrap my head around.

The Apollo VII on no-clipping mode is also a fantastic low gain overdrive / dirty boost.
I have a Saturn V that is my favorite pedal of all the (way too many) that I own. It is the one constant on my gig board despite having side jacks.
I have the drive almost all the way off and just set the boost to have the slightest volume increase. Then when I'm playing a rock song at a gig (most of them are rock songs), I click it on an instantly cut through the mix a bit better without sacrificing tone. It adds the slightest bit of hair/saturation to my tone without losing definition. Often I'll play the whole gig with it on. Occasionally it's been the only pedal I've used all night.
I've tried other pedals in this role but none of them have ever displaced the Saturn V. I haven't tried the Saturn VI so I don't know how it differs. The previously mentioned Broughton Solarian has come closest but I still always end up using the Saturn.

Didn’t expect to end up at the Apollo VII but I have one on the way! Checked out some bass clips. Sounds really cool. And versatile. Seems like it can get close to the Saturn with no clipping but can do a lot of other stuff too. Looking forward to checking it out!
Picked up an Explorer Deluxe a couple weeks back off of Reverb. Really beautiful pedal on bass. Looking forward to adding another Spaceman or two to my board at some point.
Love my Explorer! Phasers are one of my most, if not the most, used effect I incorporate while playing. Stupidly sold the first one I had to fund and try out other phaser options, but I couldn't find any others that sounded as good as the Explorer on bass (for me at least). Really wish Spaceman would do another run of these as the secondary market on these are getting really out of hand and I'd love to have a backup (maybe parts sourcing is harder then other pedals? I don't know).

If you want more gain out of the Titan II then shove more gain into it...the more it has the filthier / more gated it becomes.
seems like we get a new Spaceman pedal announcement in a couple hours. I am excited to see what they have come up with!

I'm gonna give it a try, went ahead and preordered . I've been wanting to try out a new flanger. Some really cool and interesting functions on it. I'm all for more Spaceman modulation effects.
