Has anyone figured out what fuzz the fuzz side of the Nebula is based on? I read fuzz face but am still not sure.

Most of zak’s Designs are original. Doesn’t sound anything like a Fuzz face to me.

The Gemini is amazing. The clones I have heard sound nothing like the original.
I know there are no guarantees. It is reportedly a straight ahead, unmodified clone. The build looks really clean, and there is a transformer in it too! I will only be able to judge it on it's own merits, as I have no meaningful reference to compare it to. Maybe I'll get lucky.........
I put my Explorer back on my board. It’s just such a next level phaser. I tried the Phaser III for a few months, but in spite of the space savings, I had to go back for the purity of sound.
There is no transformer in the original. Hopefully you get a nice Fuzz but I doubt it’s anything like the Gemini.
Hey all, i have a mission control on the way and i'm looking for a resonant lpf pedal (other than Moog or IE) and/or phaser that accepts CV control that don't cost an arm and a leg. any suggestions?

Transistor choice, their specs and especially their tuning will largely determine how it sounds. There should be trimmers for tuning.
