My HS210 came in the mail yesterday and I spent some time recording.

"Different knobs!"

I have one of these, sold in Japan, and I didn't notice. How strange indeed.

Maybe it's like cars sold in the States needing a certain percentage of US made parts in order to escape a higher tax rate. Although, Sadowsky SA200 amps retailed for about $3400 here in Japan.

So, this one at $2500 NEW is a pretty good deal... here in Japan.

Hey guys a heads up...

I have a Sadowsky SA410, I think I might sell it and I thought I'd offer it up to someone who might want to match it up with their SA200.....

Let me know if your interested I'd prefer to send it to a Sadowsky household!

Pete

HI

how much will u ask peter?

Rob

That's a great question, the simple answer would be as much as possible:eek:

Before anybody knew how great these are and before we found out they would have a very limited run a fair price would have been about $650 plus shipping. Someone that absolutely wants to find one of these to match with an existing SA410 or SA200 may be willing to pay more I'd bet. At the same time gear isn't moving all that quickly in this environment.

I am thinking $700 plus shipping is fair, at least my limited time offer to SA200 owners....:D

Hey Pete you should replace it with a AE410 !!!!!
... but not mine.

Mr Retirement :rollno:

Actually the reality is I totally love my VL208 for my upright, I'm hoping to pick up a second one soon. And I have a EA NL210, I've paired the 208 and 210 and it sounds great too. I get that vertical stack up by my ear and all is good.

I played a club packed with 3000 people last saturday night and like most occassions I bairly got out of 1st gear, a 4x10 is far and few times a neccessity for me.
