I've learned that
- No matter what you post someone will come up with some meaningless exception to your statement
- Any thread about Jaco ends badly
- Every bass player, no matter how mediocre, has a following, so you can NEVER say, "so and so isn't that great" without starting an argument
- Many of the so called "experts" think that knowing something allows them to be rude and confrontational

If the thought ever even crosses your mind that John Entwistle is not the best bass player to walk the earth or that he is not your biggest personal influence then you automatically lose your TB subscription, no questions asked.
I have learned that when asking for an opinion on any speaker cabinet a majority of people will describe it as being punchy. Can a 1x10, 2x12 and 1x18 all be punchy? REALLY?
