[Invalid or Expired Link Removed] is a fun one. If Music Theory is under my belt, will he be able to come up for air? Fretless is mendatory, but is it mandatory? And after all that, my name isn't Real Bandmate. And lastly, you're going to email my live videos back to me? What good does that do?
Mendatory is a legal term about guiltiness, I believe.

yeah I get that….sad…we are lucky, that band playing Zep spans almost 50 years….the singer is 67 grad old, the guitarist 20….pretty unusual…..

I've probably mentioned this but there are lots of multi-generational bands in Austin. When I saw The Bluebonnets (with Kathy Valentine) pre-covid, they had someone in their 20s, 30s, 40s, and 50s. They all brought their generation's influences. It was awesome music.

"Must be within three days of being 23 1/2 years old as of date of ad publication."
I had this ad going for a while. I actually got a couple of responses from people thinking I was serious.

I'm starting a post-music band. The sound, loosely speaking, would be something like pre-post-rock crossed with post-pre-grungecore, with out of tune oboes while hitting things. We might also spill some soup - Progresso, because it's ironic. Age range is extremely important, because we're going to hit it, and hit it BIG. No younger than 22 years and 194 days, no older than 28 years and 37 days. Bad attitudes and egos are fine, since we'll be hitting things. A lot. I have a practice squat in East Bushwick (the cool part) for when we have the right group.

Let's pre-rock!

No Imaginary Bandmates, it seems.
On the weird side, how many bands want a bass player who loves playing bass solos (versus, IDK, the bass player playing drum solos)?

Question y'all... When seated, does the first fret reach feel the same between the non reverse and the reverse bodies?
Seated about the same, standing the NR is a longer reach.

JJ that is my favorite Bird! So Nice!
Absolutely beautiful bass! Best use of tort on a bird that I’ve seen.

What 9v battery is everyone using for their active basses?
I use Duracell. Over the years I’ve found they have much less tendency to leak acid when they go bad. Ever Ready batteries have nearly ruined a couple of my basses. Before I jumped on the Tbird train nearly all my basses were active, now days only three of my birds are active.
I don’t know the specifics but I’ve also heard that some brands are better at deep cycle use.

I have. At the Snoopy World Hockey Tournament (yes there really is one) it is traditional to exchange gifts after the game. Typically, the gifts are towels with the team's logo or a logo shot glass filled with an adult beverage. One team always did Fireball. We commented behind their backs that they were just cheapskates as it is about the lowest cost liquor you can buy. But, you can bet the comments were only after we finished it all off.
PB and Cinnamon Whiskey! OH Yeah! Party Party!

It's not worth that much!
Most aren't but you start high like this Epi EBO! I think they throw out these high prices to see if someone is crazy enough to buy!
