Quick story: many years ago, I ordered F&C at a local restaurant. The[young]waitress said "that comes with fries, is that OK?" my friend and I looked at each other(beat, beat),then I answered "yes, that's fine." She walked away, then we cracked up.

One of my sleep playlists is the first 6 Sabbath albums.Me too in my harder edge moods. I still enjoy spinning them at times.
I'm seldom not in the mood for Zep or Sabbath.Me too in my harder edge moods. I still enjoy spinning them at times.
I just gave up after about a minute and a half. He should have been into the meat of the story by then.Definitely. One reason I'm not sure how true it is. But Linda....
BOC in the Fox Theater in Atlanta was one of the best concerts I saw, and definitely a fantastic venue. In the '70s it hadn't been restored, so it was a bit tatty on the inside, however it was very good acoustically - not that it mattered when there was a wall of Marshalls and Ampegs on the stage, everything was loud!
I saw Blue Oyster Cult there at least twice, they were a great band back then.
They do !!!!!!"They come in half pints?"
yeah, how can you not.....makes killer tacos too...I knew there was a reason I like her. And we haven't even met.
Was a rambling mess.I just gave up after about a minute and a half. He should have been into the meat of the story by then.
What year? I only saw them on the Secret Treaties tour. Great album. Great concert. ‘74 or ‘75 ish.In the '70s it hadn't been restored, so it was a bit tatty on the inside, however it was very good acoustically - not that it mattered when there was a wall of Marshalls and Ampegs on the stage, everything was loud!

My most serious high school girlfriend had her look. She was not crazy. She moved to Texas and graduated from Rice. We lost touch after about six years in the early eighties. Damn, she was cute.I had a high school girlfriend who looked a lot like her. She turned out to be the crazy. Oh, well.
He was part of the L.A. scene and he wasn’t. I think it depended upon his cash flow. Was a rambling mess.
But why, somehow I knew FZ would be in there.
That alone was entertaining enough for me.![]()
Then you won't be needing that white II? Just checking.

Glad you’re happy! SS is pretty much the way I go with Tbird+ pickups. Others will argue. I use SIT Powersteels or Dunlop Marcus Miller Superbrights on the majority of my way too many basses. Finally re-strung my 2014 Anniversary Heritage Cherry Thunderbird last night at practice. I don't know what strings were on it (no cloth windings, brass ball ends) probably 105-45 nickels of some sort (my preference being 100-40). I really enjoyed the tone, which although on the darker side was quite powerful and punchy, perfect for Classic/Hard Rock.
Taking the advice of ya'll, I put steels on it. However I didn’t put SITs on it, but rather put my preferred round core DRs (in this case, Fat Beams). They really woke it up. In conjunction with my Steel Leather and SushiBox pedals (Per My Last Email and Underground Accelerator) growl, snarl and musical highs were all available. I didn't touch my tone knob, I was enjoying what was getting to much. I'm looking forward to seeing if I can get creamy deep lows back, that's a question for another day.
