Some say they are harsh. I love them.What is it about Hartke cabs that those who don't like them don't like?

Absolutely. It all comes down to what you want to hear.So there's a harshness that so far it seems is what people don't like. I understand that. There's one at the practice space I use with a GK Backline head. Sounds good, but I can see the harshness comment. I like that sound. Depends on what sort of music you play I guess.
What some call "harsh" others call "crisp and clean". Tastes vary. Get what you like.
