Thank you V. I really need to cash in on the hugs.

My uncle past away last Wednesday night. So needless to say I've been off the grid.
I see there's about 40 pages or so to look at.
Not sure I can tackle that right now.
Sorry to hear about your loss Jeff.

Since I've been in this club, we've had 2 separate occasions in which we saw Thunderbirds that were (according to the sales postings) built by/for Gibson employees. Neither of them were drastic departures from a stock 'bird. They were just "off" enough to elicit conversation here. I wonder if this might be a third...
I'd be on that.
As my friend Uwe has many unusual Gibson one offs built by shop employees, the headstock stamp and all related components look good to me, pretty sure it's the real deal. I'd lowball a little and do not let on about the construction, somewhat collectable! Great find!
Already ordered... along with the dolly. They are in Buffalo so I'm gonna pick them up when they are ready.
The three pedals that are on my really want listThat’s a little too kind, friend!
I went through a ton of dirt boxes only to find, my favorite dirt box is still a tube amp
Of all the dirt boxes I tried (not a whole bunch, maybe 20), the ones I kept were
Reiner Gasoline- really great ‘always on’ subtle box that can get nasty if you like. Expensive and rare as hens teeth though.
Dunwich Volt Thrower- really nice box with a switch for different diodes. I use it set for overdrive more than fuzz, but it’s really nice. Probably the one I use most.
EHX CockFight- super interesting and odd sounding, but I like it. Can fuzz pretty neat, albeit weird.
I still rarely use effects live and when I do, it’s on my solo experimental crap![]()
