I've heard Fleetwood Mac way too much, and am beyond burned out on Stevie Nicks. Apologies all, that's just me.
Pat Benatar and Chrissy Hynde anyone?

Back in the late 1970's I'd have gone with Debbie Harry or Joan Jett. Joan was probably 10 years younger than Debbie and quite a bit more butch. Debbie just always had that bedroom look in her eyes. Of the two Joan has aged much better.

Stevie Nicks and Anne Wilson never did much for me. Stevie just came across as a wet blanket or a dead fish personality wise, not at all exciting. I never got into the Pat Benatar look. I think she and David Bowie were in competition to see how many teeth they could fit in one mouth. Chrissy Hynde is an interesting choice, except her face always reminded me of Mick Jager (siblings separated at birth?).

According to the dimensions I've seen posted, no. I rest my thumb on the P pup but I could add the tug bar from the 67. Hmm.

I think they make a pup cover for 5 stringers as well..

Yeah. Like I've said, I rest my thumb on the pup cover on the 67, on the P pup on the 5er, so I looked at putting the bar above it on the B side

I'm not sure I understand how a SuperTone (for instance) would put any more pressure on the 3-point anchors (inserts) than the regular 3 point bridge. In fact...it seems to me that the HipShot and Babicz replacement bridges could distribute the tension more evenly. Anybody ever have a Babicz or HipShot yank an anchor?

No issues at all when I installed my HipShot.

My thoughts are in that if the insert has been pressed in below the surface then if the bolt holding the bridge down is yanked up tight then it's likely you will pull the insert up a little which sort of defeats the Full contact hardware principle where the surface area in tight contact with the body plays a part if I remember correctly. I don't think it any more likely to actually get pulled out than a three point but I feel that say on an Epiphone which has the raised collar on the inserts then the bridge isn't actually in contact with the body at all.

The HipShot is, lack of a better way to put it, slotted, so it's able to sit flush on the body.
