Being a car nut I've owned two Corvettes in my life. A red 1971 Stingray LT-1 330hp 350cuin screamer and a 1974 Laguna Secca Gray LS-4 454cuin beast. They were fun to drive in a straight line and stop light to stop light, but quickly became a handful on twisty canyon roads. I was about 30 years old at the time and married to a car nut so my vehicular hobbies were fully condoned. Still married to the same wonderful gal but I focus my hobby dollars a bit more on basses these days and a bit less on cars (which have become insanely expensive).I gotta admit I do have a weakness for late 60's/early 70's Corvette Stingrays (C3 Model):
