They will be nice bass guitars, no doubt. But, why would you put the truss rod adjustment at the neck heel if you don't have to? And, they are more derivative than they have to be. This is picking nits. They will be good to play and will sound good, no doubt. I hope they find their market.
I don't recall what the guys I knew called it. There were a bunch of them over the years. I don't remember any of them saying much of anything about it at all. It was like they wanted it to go away, which is probably true.

I must have missed it. There’s no way to catch every post on this thread, even if you skip the ones that don’t seem related to basses.
Very well made movie with a couple of interesting twists. If you get a chance before you see the movie do a little research on how it was filmed, very unique filming style with tons of technical challenges.
Not sure which video clip I detest the most - Do the Monkey or Funky Gibbon. Let's just call it a tie and hope they don't get reposted anytime soon.
