Thunderbird Club

I’m seeing glued in :help:

Weird. At first it said through. The photos still show the through neck construction. Epi is kind of pathetic about their web pages. Some days I wonder if whoever maintains them isn’t a plant by the competition... (not really.)

LOL - my Brit friends pretty much consider Peanut Butter dog food. Personally, I love a thick slathering of Jiff on an open face sandwich sprinkled with sugar. Yum!

Sorry George, but no. :vomit:

I love PB and have a hellish sweet tooth as well, but that combo.......

Sweet and Salty, a classic combination (just like our Queen).

Aren't you sweet!

I'm dieting and working out 3X a week, sugar and PB are verboten, although I can have plain peanuts. Time for some new dresses!

works both ways, they make fun of our peanut butter...
Not much of a fan of that either. I was the only kid who never had a PB&J after the first one. I'll eat them occasionally as an adult but only if nothing else is handy. I love peanuts and can't for the life of me figure out what that stuff is supposed to in in those "peanut" butter cups. The chocolate I can identify. No one said I was normal.

I'm with you - peanut butter and jelly/jam is just too sweet. What I could never understand was kids at school that ate peanut butter and honey..

I had several months off exercise in 2020 as a result of surgeries.

But, I'm back at it now. Doing my hard core stair workouts (gets my knees in shape; part of the physio program) just in case we have a ski season this year. But I doubt I will be skiing until September. So I am also getting myself ready for paddling season.

THUNDERBIRD Thursday!

Playing along with worship during online church today. I didn’t know my wife took it until she posted it to Facebook.

tried replacing with the higher quality photo. TB editor gets weird about that. Ugh. Click on the attached file below the post, not the link in the post.
The white 'Bird makes yer T-shirt look discolored.:smug:

I'm to the point that I almost, almost - like working out, I still have to mentally kick my butt into doing it, but after not working out at all for at least 40 years I did expect this to be a bit of a battle, as is learning how to eat like an adult.

I'd love to have a waistline half as sexy as this...............

The early ones were Rosewood. Then Pau Fero. So now I guess they’re using the Indian laurel.
I don’t know what the fingerboard on my VP is. (Built late 17)
It sure doesn’t look like any kind of Rosewood.
At first I thought it was synthetic, but there is some variation in the grain/pores.
On some instruments, I clean up the fingerboard with 0000 steel wool, apply lemon oil, and marvel at the beauty. With the VP, it’s just some brown wood.

I recall hearing an ad that started "the worst part of going to the gym, is going to the gym."

Yeah just cause there is a bunch of food, you don’t actually need to eat it all! It’s hard to break those old habits.
Good thing for me - we have a Whippet puppy. He won’t have any issues with long walks.
