Unwatchable movies

DiCaprio turned in the performance of a lifetime in the movie "What's Eating Gilbert Grape". Seriously, watch it.
I love that movie, and though I often forget about it, it has to be somewhere in my top 100 movies.

My hate of Leo stems from an older sister that tormented me with her love of Titanic, to where I hated every single bit and piece of that movie with intense burning passion. She literally saw it in theaters 30+ times, no exaggeration, and once it came out on video it was played at least once a week on the only cable equipped tv in the house. I'm sure you can understand that that is WWWAAAYYY too much Titanic for a 10 year old boy. And that godawful Celine Dion song she used to play on repeat all day (when she wasn't watching the movie)....
The thought of it makes me want to take a nailgun to my eardrums.

And because he was the root cause of her psychotic obsession, all that anger lay on his shoulders, though admittedly unfairly placed.

any Tim Burton post-Mars Attacks

I liked "Big Fish" so much I bought the DVD.

The "low humor" genre is a mixed bag for me.
Couldn't sit through "Zoolander", but I like Ben Stiller. "Mystery Men" is a favorite.
I actually made it through "Blades of Glory", but felt shame for laughing with it. Same with "Anchorman" and "Me Myself and Irene". I actually watched all of "Baseketball", though I'm not sure why.

Yo Matt and Strat,

You both are "my era" kind of TB dudes. Don't be duke-ing it out over this because it's not worth it.

He isn't on *my* Ignore List even if he overreacted... just sayin'. ;)

The only funny parts of the Zoolander movie for me were the intro (especially Owen's) and the whole hypnotic bit with Will Ferrel dressed as a girl.

I actually liked Blades Of Glory and *love* Anchorman. Me, Myself, & Irene wasn't funny at all to me, but Basketball made me laugh 'til I cried.

Other faves of mine are ;

- Loaded Weapon 1 (don't confuse it with *Lethal* Weapon)
- Top Secret
- The Benchwarmers
- Wedding Crashers
- Dodgeball
- There's Something About Mary
- Beerfest

Anything with Will Ferrell. All my friends love his movies and continiously quote lines from Anchorman and Talledega Nights just to piss me off! Aargh

Other notable mentions go to :

Tropic Thunder
Little Nicky
Legally Blonde
Coyote Ugly
Kung Pow
Twilight
Meet the spartans
Scary movie

Slightly off topic. Tv series that I cannot stand and would rather have a root canal procedure done.
