Unwatchable movies

Add Waterworld, The Postman, The Bodyguard, Field Of Dreams and Robin Hood to the list of 'films I will never put myself through because I know they'll suck'. Hmmm...maybe I'm not a Costner fan. But I thought The Untouchables was great.

I agree, The Untouchables was a good movie (though Costner, himself, didnt really make it for me).
Ive also seen Waterworld far more times than I care for, Im not exactly sure why.

For me, Dances with Wolves was watchable one time when it was released (and I liked it that one time), but I just never wanted to sit through it again after that. Usually I'm very open to seeing movies that I liked multiple times but it's one of the exceptions.

Yes, The Untouchables was great. And I was a fan of the old TV series with Robert Stack before it.

The worst movie I saw where all video game related ...

Mortal Kombat (especially the seconde one)
Doom
Tekken
Street Fighter
Street Fighter : Chun Li secret ( or something like that )
Dead Or Alive
Resident Evil ( only the first one was nice )
Super Mario Bros.
Double Dragon
Silent Hill
BloodRayne
Prince Of Persia

Oh man the Django comment made me think of one that pissed me off.

Sean Penn should have been shot for his role in Sweet and Lowdown. When you take a roll as a guitar player, you NEED to look like you can actually play. Michael J Fox did a great job with his moment on stage. Penn looked like he had the worst case of gas ever coupled with severe mud butt and a wicked case of saber tooth crotch crickets.

That's the second guffaw you've gotten out of me in the last hour :D

Or, if not possible, have the director use angles that don't show his hands. I liked the movie OK, but as a "musician" I'm
ALWAYS looking at their hands when they have someone playing an instrument.

You know...sometimes it's not just the actors fault, poor post-production editing can make it look bad too. There are moments in the "old" "Crossroads" movies where Steve Vai doesn't look like he know's what he's doing, and I personally think he could take Ralph Machio!:bassist:

I haven't seen the Sean Penn movie you're talking about, so I'm just offering my 2 cents.

I may be wrong. It might have been a halucination. But I recall a movie, Puss in Boots, with Christopher Walken as Puss.

Not what I expected.

DUDE! I have seen this.

It was late at night, and both my ex and I were having a hard time sleeping.
We only had regular TV up in the bedroom, and we decided to watch something on THIS (the name of a channel).
We watched Puss in Boots.

A cat turned into Christopher Walken.

Ive heard he wont turn down a role.
