we gotta have a massive wal picture posting frenzy to kick off part III. I've now played two gigs with my MKI but have nothing other than a sh*tty Facebook photo that makes me look fat to show it. got three gigs lined up for this weekend so hope to have some action shots to show for it.

The secret for live pics is :

Take tons of pics ! At leats 2 or 3 will be fine ! LOL !

Thanks for posting! I was waiting for a family shot of yours since it covers the model and finish range nicely. That MKIII shape starts to grow on me as well. But I'm more drawn towards a fiver...

However, my current MKII fiver is such a phantastic bass, I fear a bit that any other one would not be up to par.

Did any of you ever tried tapered strings?

R.Cocco for example offers tapered sets. I wonder whether that might be a good idea for the 5 string anyways...
