Im looking for D tuner to my mk1. Do i need a whole new tuner? Or is there one that fits the original mk1 schaller tuner? Dont wont to order the wrong thing here. Maby it gets way to neck heavy? so its better to get light tuners and go from there?
Thoughts or d tuner experience?

Paul worked at Electric Wood for a long time before. He left to build his own things. So you'll find lots of 90's basses signed by him.
From what I've dug up, in the 90's it was Pete, Paul and Stuart. Stuart left before Paul.

After ages lurking on this thread I finally got round to ordering a 4 string Mark 2 in February. Am waiting for Paul to tell me he wants money for the neck, but as he quoted me 20 months build time I guess there's no rush. In the end I went for Sycamore facings with an ebony board. Body and neck are both going to be gloss finished. Roll on October 2015.....

Just picked up this 1990 Geddy from WalWarrior, i'd been holding out for a wood Mk1 but could not resist the chance to snag a Pete Stevens! WalFretless5 and ToolMyBass inspired me to take the plunge!
Could anyone point me to a case company that has a compatible hardcase? No luck with Hiscox and Anvil is soooo pricey!

He loves it, I photograph him with all of the gear I get as a gag but he loves the Wal his tail wags and sniffs it everytime I take it out of the case!
