What songs are you learning/working on?

I'm also working lately on "Calling All Angels" by Train. This is the first song ever where I'm attempting to play the bassline and sing at the same time.
Maybe I'll try this with "It's a Long Way to the Top" by AC/DC. The bassline is so simple, it might be way easier than the former song.

I'm working on The Working Hour and Broken by Tears For Fears. They both have a nice groove that makes me happy. Coming back from a broken hand which is proving interesting. I broke my right hand and had to really start using my left hand for everything. So my left hand fingering has gotten better, but I am struggling with my right hand. To OP, Cumbersome has some fun little runs in it, not too hard but just quick enough to make you sound badass when you nail them.
At Wednesday's practice there was some discussion of adding 'Tell it Like It Is' and 'Low Riders' but I don't think anything has been decided.
LDW is super simple. Most of Tina's licks are but I love them anyway. Playing their music is more about immersing yourself in their peculiar rhythmic sensibilities. IMO anyway. Check out Crosseyed and Painless, Heaven and City of Dreams.

The Brecker Brothers - "Some Skunk Funk" (from the live album 'Heavy Metal Bebop')
Aquarium Rescue Unit - "How Tight's Yer Drawers" (from the album 'In a Perfect World')
In the past I have generally stuck to transcribing horn solos since I don't particularly like learning to play other bassists' specific bass lines. I carefully chose these songs because all three feature bassists whose playing beautifully combines both technical mastery and tasteful restraint. Each player demonstrates his exceptional technique and phrasing in a non-solo context - their exceptional skills are demonstrated through the ways in which player crafts a bassline that supports the song / other players.

Working on Dr. Funkenstein and Unfunky UFO by Parliament. Trying to talk my band into more classic R&B/Funk stuff, but even if they don't bite, it's good for my playing
Right now we're working on what is probably Tom Petty's hardest song - Don't Come Around Here No More. The bass is easy, it's the vocals and the sequence of events that's hard to nail down. But we've been working on it diligently, and once we have it nailed down it'll be a real show stopper! 
Had a bit of an afi kick this weekend:

Girls not grey -->4/4
Silverand cold-->3/4 (still VERY rough)
(Not perfect but i can usually hold my ground). These are fun songs to play.
