well i started on my Moms old Yamaha nylon string geetar (that i still have)my first bass was a mid 80's Squier that i bought used from my friend Frank for $100 in 1989 (it was also his first bass)(i still have it..sorta)i also had a Gorilla "guitar" amp.2nd bass 1992 Ibanez Soundgear bought new.(what a piece of crap)3rd 1975 Fender Precision paid $320. (i still have it,and would never sell it.)since then i've bought and sold many basses some good,some bad,some ugly.

5.1978 Peavey T-40 (it Rules!,i'd like a 2nd one)
6.70'S Ventura Ripper copy (like a girl with a big butt)
7.1982 Gibson Ripper(not staying long)
8.80's Vantage Flying V Bass (fun,but kinda silly)cheap!
9.80's Squier P Custom "THE WAR BASS" my first bass,sorta.

11.70's Epiphone Crestwood guitar (found in the garbage!)

my amps have also gotten better..
1.late 60's Ampeg B-25 (i don't have a cab for this so it sits at home.)
2.40th Anniversary Ampeg SVT-350AV with 4X10+1X15 cab.(same size as 8X10)
3.70's Plush Royal Bass 1060-S (great 100 watt 6L6 tube head "Tuck & Roll")also good for guitar
4.i have an empty Sunn 2X15 cab that i will set up for the Plush.
5.Sunn SB160 60 watt 1X15 combo(i play this at home)
