What would your last ever bass purchase be?

That is true, but I sure pray that I have a few more decades of decent health!
As do I, my friend. But I plan to max out my credit cards when I'm 105 years old buying a diamond encrusted Fodera. (Which probably means I'll live to 120, and have to pay them off.)

Come to think of it, I would love to find my first good bass, a Rickenbacker 4000. It looked like a 4001, but only has one pickup in the sweet spot. I kept that bass longer than any I ever owned, and was more comfortable on it than any bass since. I think the serial number was QD1465, if anyone has seen it.:)

Any of these Fodera Imperials or Mayones basses would do just fine :))
