I'm waiting for the $16K Balsa wood version. Elegant simplicity.

The $12,000 has me on its one advantage over any other bass I’ve ever heard of:
It “emits a mesmerizing fragrance known for its calming effects. The thin finish applied allows the natural aroma to permeate through the knots of the wood.”
No tort, no sunburst… but it’s got the ‘mesmerizing fragrance’!
I mean, they are definitely cool and I must admit I’d totally love to get a whiff of the $12K one.
Right - to me I heard "salvaged from wall paneling from a building that was being demolished" or something like that. The top one looks like it came from my dad's old house."Streetwood" does not inspire me to spend money on an instrument. If it goes to a charity that is tied into urban renewal it would make more sense.
What's the perfect bass for playing on the Titanic?

If you order, your particular fish will be Chad. Chad lived in the Gulf of Maine with his wife and 2.7 million roe. Chad will be seasoned with herbed farro, fennel, tatsoi, and matbucha coulis, and he'll be served on a bespoke mat of woven seagrass."
