I'm rocking an Acoustic 406 2x15 with a Peavey 400 on top although that will change in a few weeks when my GK 800rb shows up!

Hi !
Ampeg V4BH with Electric 2x15.
Sounds great, I play in heavy rock n' roll trio (Mudhoney like), and never had power issues ...
Aguilar Tone Hammer helps sculpting tone and adds nice overdrive !

I think you need another 2x15 under that head though or a 4x12. *drools at image in head*
an old EV TL 606 (1x15")
I'm considering getting a couple of compact Ashdown ABM 115 cabs, both for the sake of portability and my love of that driver. Specs say frequency only goes to about 4k.
I dig old school sound and play a four strings. Will this config sound like mud?

None of my 15's sound like mud. Tweeters are off

I run 15s and 12s no tweeters. I used to run a Ampeg SVT with a 8x10 and 2x15 next to this. I sold the SVT last year, I didn't like the way it sounded.![]()
