It's by 'SVS designs', Link Removed it's in the background of post 454 too. They shared a booth with Kalium this year.
It's actually a fretless with illuminated fretlines.

The headless ergonomic Skylis basses are impressive.
The neck joint used by Claas Guitars is one of the best bolt-on designs i have seen, back of the neck is completely unobstructed.
