Rock it as-is? No. No. Just no.

Buy it for the way more than $30 worth in parts? Heck yeah. A good neck and decent bridge are worth more than that already. Add in working tuners and electronics - regardless of quality - and you're way ahead.
Then consider what a useful wheel chock that body would make... WIN!

Besides; anybody can get a Fender neck on Ebay. How many people do you know are playing a Boobie?

I'd definitely buy it (in person), but I wouldn't rock it until the "artwork" was sanded off.

I'd definitely play it (maybe even play it out) a few times before the probably-ineveitable body swap.
