Well, I'll PM you about this... it would be nice to be stock, but maybe I'm weird like that. I found some other push/push pots for about $20 including tax/shipping, but Yamaha wants $50 for theirs. Ridiculous.
yeah, I use compression have for years.. really seems to make playing more effortless. And the pretty lights makes the girls stare at the rig.. haha
I have a yamaha attitude ltd ii which has had the nut repaired. I am not 100% sure if the nut is the original or a replacement, based on the limited pics I have seen of this model I cannot tell for sure (the nut is white as it appears to be in other ltd iis i have seen). So I was wondering if someone out there could post some pics of just the nut, both sides (E and G string), top, and looking down the neck so I can tell if it's the original or not. Also if you could give me the spacing between the fretboard and the bottom of the string on both the E and G strings (1/32 of an inch and/or in mm) that would really help me out. It feels and looks to me like the nut is sitting a bit high so I'd like to compare it to the stock specs. Any help is very much appreciated!
Is it just me, or is the Model 1 much quieter than the WillPower? I raised the WP up to where I think a P pickup ought to be, but the M1 seems like it's set pretty low and meant to stay there. Now the WP is much louder than the M1. Is that to be expected, or should I put a shim under the M1?
In don't know, in my experience I get a pretty good balance between the two, but I think I've lowered the P pickup from where it was out of the box to get a better balance.
I shimmed my trusty ATT ltd 2 woofer pick up with bass wood then added longer screws. I did the same with the P's but removed the rubber first. Direct contact with the body & the neck. I also did the same with my 10 year Anni but I used a thick cardboard. It gave it a duller tone. I have a Att Ltd 2, second release that I have never played. right under the bed it went, but I am sure I will do the same when the day comes.

I heard any other changes than colors, new materials in the pots, new neck pickup cover.. So i think its the same, i guess
I am looking for an Attitude Limited or Limited II. I have lots of trade bait, Old G&L L1000s, L2000s and an '88 Lynx, Landscape Hollowbody, GK 1001RB-II, etc. If anyone has one that they'd like to work out a trade deal.
