LOL! In my jazz band I tell the keyboardist, hey man you are screwin up my groove you shouldn't play the bass, part I've got it covered. Its true, he isn't that good and screws up my groove, but I do hate it. If he wasn't a dear dear friend, I would chop off his arm.Funkee1 said:You know you're a bass player when....

(This applies to me)When you find it more fun to noodle on your bass with random techniques then actually play when you're at home.
You notice the bass in every song, no matter what.
You get peeved when they don't show the bass player as often as the other people in the band on TV shows.
You can identify the P-bass tone instantly.
