It seems that solitude is a state that only people who are not alone can enjoy.
In order to appreciate me time they need to be "precious" (or "rare" if you prefer), not exclusively in the sense that those time rarely happen, as the measure would vary from a person to another. I'd say it's more of a rarity thing in an offer-demand kind of way.
"Me times" are defined by their opposite and the presence of said opposite in one's life. Without "social-times" "me-times" just become lonely times. No?
