Well, the 10 way freeway switch won’t fit, so I’m going with the 6-way.
After seeing the video from @mellowgerman I may do just switch, one volume, one tone. The dagstars are based on the Hagstroms.
So what do I need for pots and caps to make this work?
I'm glad it's back! Cool artwork too.I noticed that they seem to have brought the Gilamondo back permanently! I wonder why they discontinued it for awhile. Still loving mine!
You probably should know exactly what you have before taking things apart. You will need to match the footprint and height off of the PCB. This is often harder than it appears, especially with jacks since there are so many styles that look the same but have different front to back offsets. That's a great point, and I will. I hadn't considered that. And yeah, I thought it might be a switching jack, so I didn't know if anyone had experience with them (it was worth a shot) before I open it up.
They are a lot like a Bobelock, IMO. The Bobelock is my second favorite bag behind a custom Messina. Plus, it comes in a sexy blue, and is cheap!

I see students at the U with custom personalized Messina bags every day while I’m still carting my bass around in a 20 year old Bobelock. I’m totally fine.
I thought that they were just okay. For the Lakland hollowbody they just weren't as full as I felt like I wanted them to be. I'm not sure exactly why. What I ended up with, ultimately, was a serek B90 in the bridge position and a 916 Pickups Darkstar in the neck position.Man! I am finally going to get my hands on a lakland hollowbody. I have these thundermags I planned to put iny dangelico ex bass, but am considering putting them in the lakland. You're clearly the person to ask... How do you like it and how do they compare to what you had on there already which I'm assuming was barts? Mine will have barts. Thanks!
Yes. NYC.That happened to an Oliv G of mine as well, but only after it was a few years old. My climate is pretty stable here though in SoCal. Do you live in a place with bigger weather swings?
Hi Allie,I searched around but haven't found a list - there's a thread from 2011 here in this sub but the link is dead to the list, does anyone have know which tunes he recorded on upright? Thx!
…most nights, yes. Thank youI’m sure you did it very well!
Truth!Very little in the analog effects world is a totally original circuit design.
Yes, it is Rocco, and the board looks similar to the one he had when I saw him (IIRC, he had another Darkglass pedal instead of the Vintage Microtubes, the one with the big X).That might be Rocco Palladino, Pino’s son. If so, see a version of his pedalboard below from two years ago.

Thanks for your advice!!! Smaller and lighter but higher watts. Makes sense. I didn’t even thought about the rumble 100.The R40 would likely just barely do the job, with little to no headroom to spare. The same can be said about the other two amps you listed. I have a Rumble 40 and it's a great practice amp or used with acoustic only strings and percussion. (Barely enough with regular drums and modest drummer.) If you're looking to run into the FOH, using the DI, and only using it for a monitor, it will do fine.
If you're running with no PA/FOH, then the Rumble 100 V3 would likely stand up a little better. It's 2 inches taller and deeper, and 4 lbs heavier than the R40. It's footprint is still smaller than the BG250-15, but it's 12 lbs lighter. R100 is 10 inches shorter, 1-1/2 inches shollower [front to rear] and 3-1/4 inches narrower, so it's noticeably smaller and lighter than the BG.
In small mom and pop places I have heard coming from the lesson rooms;Anyone?![]()
