The D-Roc was designed with the intention that the strap lock would be installed on the strap through the back. Basically the opposite of the way it would be installed for a standard bass. The picture shown was from a shop tour with a strap not setup for the D-Roc model. Let me know if any of...

Hi, Each set of pole pieces should have a magnet charging them. There's two pole pieces per string. We always put the sticker on top of the magnets post assembly. By the looks of it my guess would be that the one magnet has become dislodged and stuck to the magnet under the sticker. If that's...

Hi folks, The serial numbers are, generally speaking, in sequential order. However, occasionally they aren't. Anything built for a tradeshow or needs to be rebuilt for one reason or another will skip the queue and therefor require a new serial number. In your case the #7723 was likely a rebuild...

Hi, You're right, that preamp is boost only. Counter clockwise from the detent is a tone rolloff circuit we used to add to the Aguilar.

Hi Guys! All of our necks use the same polyurethane satin finish. They can all be cleaned with regular guitar polish. Hope this helps

Yes they are! The Primas went back into production at the beginning of 2024. They will all be built from the bottom up by our two master builders, Paul Hillacre and Simon Padalka. The second Prima of the year is currently in production. There will be a limited number of them built per year so...

Hi Guys, The SP1/ import Super-P will have 18mm string spacing at the bridge with a neck taper to compliment the string spacing. Biased opinion but the new neck feels so good, the bass plays beautifully. I can't wait to hear what you all think once they're released, I'm really excited about them!

You shouldn't need the foam if you're using the surgical tubing. If the problem persists you may need longer tubing.
