Can the Memory toy get the Vibrato Sound that the Memory boy can do? I know there is a trem pot for depth how about speed?

My Memory Boy has a very noticeable volume drop when using it as a vibrato. Settings: Delay 0% Blend 75-100% (wet) Depth 60-70 % Feedback 0% Is this normal for this pedal? It really sucks because I love the vibe modulation sound. Very boss VB-2 like.

I have a memory boy and the three way toggle for modulation doesn't "click" into the center position. I can gently move it and get it to stay in the middle, but it doesn't click the way the other three way toggle does. This bugs me. How can I fix this?
