4 for slap and 2 and 1 for fingerstyle. I don't use a pick often.

Hey, I am thinking of buying a Sandberg TM 4. I am wondering if anyone has a blueburst or blackburst finish? Does it suit the European Ash or does it look bad aesthetically?

...Overpriced, as i can buy a handmade Sandberg for the same price as an American Deluxe.:hiding: But nearly every bass in the world is based on a Fender.

I was wondering what basses come with a Jazz Pickup in the Neck position and a MusicMan-Style Humbucker in the bridge position. The only bass which comes to mind is the Sandberg TM4. I do believe I saw a Carvin which fits the bill as well.

I agree with 88persuader. I tried them once more at the store and i have to admit that the Yamaha doesn't have that tone you get from the Sterling. Thanks for responding!!!
