You should do it, Andy. Sometimes it's the little things like this that make all the difference - especially when it's such a relatively easy thing for you to provide, yet can make such a positive difference in your customers' overall product experience.
Creating an innovative and/or superior product generates buzz and stimulates sales via the early adopter and opinion leader networks. But supporting the product post-sale - even with little offerings such as this - builds loyalty & trust...and ultimately keeps customers coming back for more...
