Best headstock ever?

Why without the munch? I like that one a lot. Also the Omega cut Alembic from a few pages back. Also I like the Benavente headstocks quite a lot. Enough that I did a similar thing on the basses I built for myself.

Also the classic Ric 4003 can opener headstock, the Ovation Shovel head, and one of the coolest I've seen in pics looks like a squid. Wish I could remember who built those.

Yep, but those webs are not painted on.. they are SOLID STERLING SILVER WIRE, inlaid under the finish

Ah, another way to do the straight pull 2+2 !

(Though the WWF {wood weight factor} may be higher, in order to get the eye-catching looks, compared to how Gibson did their version of the same physics.)
