Do you wear a watch when you play?

For many years I thought a watch would be an obstruction in my playing. Until last week… I wore an old Tag Heuer with a metal band and after an hour of playing realized I had left it on.

Nice. My favorite is my dad’s 67 Seamaster Chrono with black dial/white subdials.

What does wearing a watch have to do with playing bass? NOTHING WHATSOEVER! My point is that this thread was about getting pay-for-click responses to ads that were sold to watch companies

I voted no because I often double, and it was always awkward to go up into thumb position on upright bass or cello with a watch on.

I mostly forget to wear a watch tho' I just replaced the batteries in them & got 'em all running again.
