Rich Redmond. Whenever I lag a little bit and don't feel like practicing I watch one of his videos and it makes want to play some music. I think he could play on any stage with any band and crush the gig, he's just that good.

What of Ringo's boy, Zak? He's terrific! Also, Roger Taylor of Queen (not Duran Duran)...more dependable than a drum machine.
