Dumb CL Ad's pt 5, Dumbester and Dumberest

-Metal cover of Petty, complete with God-awful (no pun intended) scooped guitar tone that will never cut through in a live setting and cliché breakdowns
-Snoop Dog playing drums
-Slayer reference in the first line of tune
-Skankalicous bass player
-Biblical reference name to scare all of the square Christians
-Wannabe tough guy for a front, complete with dropping f-bombs in a Petty tune to prove that he has real street cred
-Bad video editing that looks like it was a senior A/V project for some high school kid

This band exudes so much unintended campiness that it can only be viewed as being pure awesome

wow yeah. Truly amazing. I like that whoveer made the video couldn't decide what would be a good background for any of them to play in front of so he used all the ones he could think of. One is even playing in a sewer at some point! This is like....a perfect example of what you never want your band to look, sound and act like. It's pretty much impossible to look more amateurish.

YOu'd think with modern technology even on a cheap budget........this looks like an amateur video....from 1990.

Hope this isn't ant of you.

Raed the posting
I need to vent out on the most popular site where ALL musicians, find themselves at a CROSSROAD of reality, when it comes to satisfying the clientele. Who is the clientele, we may ask? By today's standards, 2013 and climbing. It is the youth. That SUCKS, because what today's music, is all about today, folks don't remember yesterday, when the Beatles took us to where we are today, believe it or not, and yet we want to play college crap. Why, because it invites the young idiots to drink and try to get a score in today's clubs kind of music, where the origination came from, not only the British, but from WOOODTOCK. I am tired of all these candy asses, That cannot REALLY REPLICATE, songs by the Guess Who, Deep Purple and ALL other GREAT BANDS of yesterday. I have to label these as Cop Out Idiots, that have no FAITH in what really GOT US OUT HERE as far as musically.
I have been in many bands here in Texas; Country, Blues, Santana Styles, Big Bands and even Classic Rock bands. All thought my opinion was vague. There is a BIG GAP for good old Classic Rock, the right way, and I am game to start a band to bring back The good old days of music, back to stage. I don't have a practice place or a P. A. system. I think there should be a thirsty booking/manager that would like to chance this Successful project, it'll pay off. I reside in Grand Prairie Texas. I am a lead bassist and singer like Paul McCartney. I can interact with bands, for this category of music. I also do Big Bands, as a solo act, for Frank Sinatra, Dean Martin, Bobby Darin and ULTIMATLEY Al JOLSON, the REAL JAZZ singer. If the right devoted folks happens to surface, females and males, I will travel for success. I do not want to put a mediocre product out, that would STAIN my epiphany, for the lack of the word.
I BEG YOU, THOSE WHO LOVE THE Rascals, Gerry and the Pacemakers, The Beatles, Badfinger, Molly Hatchet, Steely Dan, Gran Funk Railroad, Santana, The Who, Crosby, Stills, Nash and Young, Donovan, and even Ruben Blades or Fania music, etc.
PLEASE COME FORTH AND LET'S DO THE RIGHT THING. PLEASE DON'T LAY COMPLACENT TO WHAT TODAY'S MUSIC INVITES US TO. IT IS LIKE SURRENDERING TO A HEALTH PLAN, THAT HAS BENEFIT TO US, BUT DESTRUCTION. If we don't go back to the beginning, we may lost all.

Wanted: The Perfect Keyboard Player

(Spoken/Sung in the style of the children from Mary Poppins)

Wanted a keyboard player for a creepy, hillbilly, adorable garage band.

If you want this choice position
Have a spooky disposition
like the darker side, and edgy forms of art!
Play keys. . .all sort
You must be experienced, have your own gear,
not be uptight, some of us drink a lot of beer.
Join us on practice, play some shows
Sing songs, help us compose.
Never be flakey or cruel
Appreciate horror and ghouls
Love many types of music like we do,
rockabilly, garage, goth, bluegrass, and blues.
If you don't smell or annoy us
We will never give you cause to hate us
We won't hide your cords
So you can't plug in
Put spiders in your bag
Or pepper in your gin.

Hurry, Keyboardist!

Check this cat out. A guitar player who's influenced by "Hendricks."

It must be an epidemic...that's the 3rd or 4th Hendricks (by musicians) I've seen in the last 32 hours.
