Fender Rumble Club

That’s awesome GP!
Thanks. I almost always still enjoy(ed)* it. I joined a community concert band to keep my reading chops up. Turned out to be a little more challenging than expected: sometimes I gotta read tuba parts, which are written where they sound unlike string bass parts, written an octave higher than they sound. Ledger lines are a bitc.....er, ..uh,...pain.

*still do, nothin' happ'nin' now

Off for my blues band rehearsal with my Orville T-Bird and R100c. Need to clear my head and forget about viruses for at least a couple of hours

Thought I'd resurrect this. !967 NR Thunderbird IV >R200c/R112. Shot by BIL on his phone. Yes, I know. We need to get some lighting, but we ain't paid enuff as it is. Enjoy.

Nice!
And I like your vocals- your voice works great here. The guitarist’s voice would be perfect for Molly Hatchet songs.

I have the Duck Dunn Soul Fingers book. It is half biography (great reading) and the sheet music with tabs to about 50 songs. Also you can download most of the songs tabbed out to play along with. You can change the fade to remove the bass so it is a backing track.

Here is a link to it. I highly recommend it as a Duck Dunn fan. There are sample pages from the book in the link.

Awesome, just ordered this! This will be great to read and play along with while in lock down. Just discovering Dunn's music and playing now (grew up on 80s alternative) and loving the groove and tone. For me, it the sound of a bass. Downloaded a Dunn playlist on Apple Music and that's some fantastic music.

Schweet, alphie! @alpho, you are now member #1201 in the Fender Rumble Club. Congratulations and welcome. Make yourself at home here and in the Rumble Club Wiki page, linked in my signature, where you'll find 'most everything you could ever wanna know, and so much more, about Rumbles. And, please, tell us more of your Rumblings!

But, to spare our non-modeling Rumble brothers and sisters, here, the technicalities of our digital wonderamps, of which they know not, please make any modeling topic posts in the Rumble LT25, Studio 40 & Stage 800 sub-thread of this main Club thread. Thanks for understanding.

Oh, and BTW, have you updated the firmware and TONE App for your Studio, yet? The long awaited update has arrived and it's quite exciting. And don't forget to . . . .

Rumble On!

I searched, but can't seem to find a club for those of us who use and love the Fender Rumble series of amps. Any interest?

I've been playing at home with my Rumble 30 since late January and it seems to me like this amp puts out a good share for being so small! Originally I was looking at the Rumble 15 but went with the 30 because of the extra input jack, more wattage, and I read online reviews which said the 30 would be good enough to play with a band in a small venue even versus the 15 which didn't have as much bang.

Hope to hear form some fellow Rumble fans soon! :D

So this makes me the founding member, #1? I feel this is a big honor for someone so new on the forum!
I have the 15 and 25 Rumble,I modded the Rumble 25 ,packed the inside, replaced the stock speaker with a 6 ohm speaker, the amp is part of my light weight stereo rig.THE GK power the lows and the rumble with that custom 8inch speaker
